Lion Capital sells HEMA to Ramphastos Investments

Lion Capital sells HEMA, a Dutch apparel retailer, to Ramphastos Investments. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am very pleased that Ramphastos is becoming the new owner of HEMA.
