Valero Energy completed the merger with Valero Energy Partners for $950m.

Valero Energy, an international manufacturer and marketer of transportation fuels and other petrochemical products, completed the merger with Valero Energy Partners, a master limited partnership to own, operate, develop and acquire crude oil and refined petroleum products pipelines, terminals, and other transportation and logistics assets, for $950m.
