Equistone Partners Europe acquired Courir from Groupe Go Sport

Synopsis

Equistone Partners Europe, a leading mid-market private equity firm, acquired Courir, a footwear retailer, from Groupe Go Sport, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rally. The equity value of this offer is €283m. The sale of Courir marks the latest planned asset disposal by Rallye to ease concerns over their financial position.
