CCS Inc acquired Effilux SAS

CCS Inc, Japanese LED lighting manufacturer, acquired Effilux SAS, its French competitor. Financial terms were not disclosed. Through the acquisition, CCS aims to accelerate the growth of its overseas machine vision business. CCS will look to strengthen its product capabilities through the two companies’ complementing line-ups and actively using the technical capabilities of both firms.
