Hitachi Vantara acquired REAN Cloud from BV Investment Partners.

BV Investment Partners announced the sale of REAN Cloud, an Amazon Web Services Premier Partner and global cloud systems integrator, to Hitachi Vantara, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hitachi, Ltd. “REAN is today tackling some of the most complex projects to help clients successfully migrate to a cloud infrastructure, seamlessly and securely, and efficiently. Our partnership with BV allowed us in a relatively quick time frame to further scale our business, and we look forward to building on our momentum under new ownership.” Sekhar Puli, REAN Managing Partner Terms of the transaction were undisclosed.
