Cigierre acquired majority stake in Temakinho.

Gruppo Cigierre – Compagnia Generale Ristorazione spa, the owner of a series of restaurants in Italy with well-known brands such as Old Wild West, and a BC Partners portfolio company, won an auction for Temakinho nippo-brasilian restaurants chain. The investment by Cigierre will allow Temakinho to continue its development plan, which will lead to the opening of new restaurants in prestigious locations with a particular geographical focus on Italy, Spain, United Kingdom and France.
