Inflexion-backed Radius Payments acquired Adam Phones

Inflexion-backed Radius Payments, a payment and fleet services company, acquired Adam Phones, a leading independent service provider in mobile and fixed line communications. Financial terms were not disclosed. Simon Turner, Managing Partner, Inflexion, stated: “Radius has an ambitious growth strategy and this strategic acquisition is a significant milestone for the company in building their new telecommunications division.
