Sterne proposed the takeover of the companies Novéa and ATS. The parcel transport group, which oversees the rapid parcel transport company TCS. Novéa is an urban transport company that operates urgent deliveries of plies and parcels in Paris, Ile-de-France and the East with a strong digital know-how. For its part, ATS is a transport operator specializing in premium logistics with a triple status of carrier, freight forwarder and customs and air freight forwarder, designing tailor-made solutions through its entities ATS Route and ATS International.
