CVC Capital Partners and GRO Capital to acquire majority stake in Omada.

CVC Capital Partners’ Growth Fund and GRO Capital agreed to become the new majority shareholders of Omada A/S, a provider of Identity Governance and Administration software and services, and will provide further capital to the company to accelerate growth.
