ALSEA is set to acquire Grupo Vips from ProA Capital.

Synopsis

ALSEA ZENA and Grupo Vips will intergrate their businesses in Spain and Portugal becoming the largest restaurant group in the Iberian market. Transaction values the acquired company at €500m, including debt. The resulting group will manage more than a 1000 restaurants, and will have sales higher than €800m in 2018.
