HIG Capital-backed AVI-SPL acquired Interactive Solutions.

HIG Capital-backed AVI-SPL, a multi-office provider of collaboration and audio video, acquired Interactive Solutions, an AV and video conferencing integrator based in Memphis, TN. Financial terms were not disclosed. Todd Ofenloch, Managing Director at H.I.G. Capital, said, “With this transaction, we are delivering greater resources to ISI’s customers that can now benefit from a single global provider while also providing existing AVI-SPL customers with improved execution capabilities in important Tennessee markets.” Richard Stokes, Managing Director at H.I.G.
