Palladin Consumer acquired Splash Car Wash from 1123 Highland.

Acquisition by Palladin Consumer Retail Partners of Splash Car Wash, a provider of car washing services. Financial terms were not disclosed. Mark Schwartz, CEO of Palladin, added, “We are excited to partner with Mark and the entire Splash team. They have built an excellent Company and are well-respected in the industry. We are confident that, with additional capital and resources, we can work together to significantly expand the Splash organization.
