Novetta completed the acquisition of Berico Technologies from The Carlyle Group.

Novetta, a provider of advanced analytics technology, completed the acquisition of Berico Technologies, which delivers innovative, technology-enabled cloud engineering, data analytics, and IT modernization solutions, from The Carlyle Group.
