RHI Magnesita, a global leading supplier of refractory products, systems and services, acquired the remaining 50% stake in Magnesita Refratarios, which manufactures and sells refractory products worldwide, for BRL497m. Under the terms of the Integrated Tender Offer, RHI Magnesita is offering the option between a cash only offer or cash plus shares of RHI Magnesita.
