PhyMed Healthcare Group acquired Grand Canyon Anesthesia

PhyMed Healthcare Group, a physician-led and owned anesthesia and pain management service provider, has completed a transaction with Grand Canyon Anesthesia, a Phoenix-based anesthesiology practice organization. “Fueled by our data and analytics capabilities, PhyMed’s focus on operational, clinical and service excellence will support GCA as they continue to expand in the market.” says Marty Bonick, chief executive officer of PhyMed. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
