Scan Global Logistics acquired IQS Group.

Scan Global Logistics, which provides freight forwarding and logistics services, acquired International Quality Service Group, the leading special solution provider for high-end automotive logistics. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition provides Scan Global Logistics with an extended service platform within the automotive industry, now taking a leading role in Germany as well as internationally.
