Cisco Systems announced the acquisition of Ensoft Ltd.

Cisco Systems intends to acquire Ensoft, a privately-held company that provides software solutions for service provider networks, to simplify service provider networks through automation and programmability. Financial terms were not disclosed. Cisco expects this acquisition to be complete in the second quarter of fiscal year 2019.
