Apax Partners, an independent global partnership focused solely on long-term investment in growth companies, completed its acquisition of Trade Me, the operator of the largest Internet auction website operating in New Zealand, for $1.7bn. “We are excited to partner with Trade Me; the clear leader in its market and one of New Zealand’s most-loved and recognised brands.
