Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. acquired R.T. Beers & Company.

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. announced the acquisition of R.T. Beers & Company Insurance Services, Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. R.T. Beers & Company is a retail property/casualty broker serving clients throughout the United States, with a strong focus on risk identification and mitigation. They offer an exclusive group safety program for metal service centers. Ralph Beers, John Lavey, Guy Pakenham and their associates will continue to operate from their current location under the direction of Scott Firestone, head of Gallagher's Southwest region retail property/casualty operations.
