Maricann Group, which operates as an integrated producer and distributor of marijuana for medical purposes, acquired a 51% stake in Theros Pharma, which engages in cultivation and distribution of medical cannabis, for £30m. Maricann Group Inc., through its subsidiaries, is operating under the Wayland Group name. “We’re proud to join with Theros on the journey to enhance lives through cannabis, now in the UK.
