Cushman & Wakefield completed the acquisition of Quality Solutions from Gridiron Capital for $247m.

Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm, completed the acquisition of Quality Solutions, an asset-light facilities management provider, from Gridiron Capital, an investment firm, for $247m. “We are fortunate to have worked with such a strong and capable team at QSI and are proud of the success they have achieved.
