ASR Netherlands, a major Dutch insurance group based in Utrecht, acquired Loyalis, an insurance company, from APG, which provides pension fund management and consultancy services, for €450m. With this acquisition, ASR broadens and strengthens its market position in the field of disability insurance and enforces its leading role as a provider of overall solutions for sustainable employability.
