Cohen Media Group, a Academy Award-winning independent theatrical distribution and production company, acquired Landmark Theatres, the United States' largest theater chain dedicated to exhibiting and marketing independent and foreign films, from Mark Cuban. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition gives the buyers a well-known cinema brand with high-profile locations in major markets like New York and Los Angeles.
