Sun Capital completed the acquisition of Tier One from Southfield Capital.

Sun Capital, a private investment firm specializing in leveraged buyouts and investments in market-leading companies, completed the acquisition of Tier One from Southfield Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed. Tier One procures orders, coordinates directly with both the government and the service member being relocated, sources transportation vendors, and manages all billing and back-office functions. “The acquisition of Tier One by our affiliate presents Sun Capital a fantastic opportunity to apply our experience providing services to government agencies and the military.
