Round Hill Capital and KKR formed a Student Accommodation Joint Venture.

Round Hill Capital and KKR formed a Luxembourg joint venture for investment in properties to be developed into and used as student accommodation in the UK. RHC will invest 5% in the joint venture and will provide asset management, property management and development management services to the joint venture. KKR will invest the remaining 95%. Financial terms were not disclosed.
