The Sterling Group acquired Artisan Design Group from Dunes Point Capital.

The Sterling Group, a private equity firm, acquired Artisan Design Group, a dealer of flooring products and services, from Dunes Point Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Sterling's partnership means we can continue to recruit other industry leaders to join ADG to provide excellent products and services to an expanded client base across the country," Larry Barr, ADG Co-CEO.
