YFM Equity Partners sold Gill Marine to the Myers family. Gill has more than 40 years of heritage in designing technical clothing, footwear and accessories for elite sailors and marine enthusiasts within its global distribution network. Financial terms were not disclosed. Jamie Tunnicliffe, CEO of Gill Marine, says: “These are exciting times for Gill.
