Livingbridge completed the acquisition of Habit Group.

Livingbridge, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Habit Group, a holding company, which through its subsidiaries, operates health, fitness, and rehabilitation businesses in New Zealand. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited at the opportunity to partner with Livingbridge, an established private equity firm with extensive experience in the healthcare sector around the world. Together we plan to advance the delivery of integrated value-based healthcare and rehabilitation services in New Zealand and further afield,” Ben Teusse, Habit Group CEO.
