Saudi Aramco and Saudi Information Technology Company formed a joint venture.

Saudi Aramco and Saudi Information Technology Company formed a joint venture for the creation of an Information and Communication Technology Investment Company, which will invest in commercial enterprises in the information, communication and technology sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The joint venture with Saudi Information Technology Company will provide training and employment to Saudi nationals, as well as support the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises active in the ICT sector in Saudi Arabia and the GCC market” said Saudi Aramco VP for Information Technology, Yousef Al-Ulyan.
