Palladium Equity Partners completed the acquisition of Quirch Foods, a distributor and exporter of protein and Hispanic food products based in the US Palladium's investment was made in partnership with the owners and management of Quirch. Financial terms were not disclosed. Quirch utilizes multiple distribution centers across the US to distribute beef, pork, poultry, seafood, and other retail products to independent and ethnic grocers in the US and Puerto Rico, US national retailers, and Latin American export markets.
