Gryphon Investors acquired RegEd from Falfurrias Capital Partners.

Gryphon Investors, a San Francisco-based middle-market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of RegEd, a provider of compliance and regulatory management services for insurance companies, broker-dealers, banks, and other financial services companies, from Falfurrias Capital Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. "RegEd is a strong fit with our ongoing initiative focused on investing in market leading businesses within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance sector.
