Ernst & Young acquired Karrikins Group for up to $20.5m.

Ernst & Young, a multinational professional services firm, acquired Karrikins Group, a global behavior change company that aligns leadership and organizations to accelerate transformational change, for up to $20.5m. CEO and Managing Partner EY Oceania, Tony Johnson said: “Our research shows that 97% of investors look at environmental, social and governance information, as well as financial information when making their investment decisions, up from 52% in 2015. It has never been more important for corporations to ensure they are meeting their social obligations.
