CNP Assurances acquired Quality Insurance Services.

CNP Patrimoine, CNP Assurances’ wealth management business for high-end clients, acquired Quality Insurance Services management platform which manages its contracts in France and Luxembourg. Financial terms were not disclosed. “CNP Patrimoine is particularly known on the market for the high-quality way it manages its contracts, entrusted to Quality Insurance Services since the outset. Furthermore, thanks to this platform, CNP Patrimoine has quickly been able to offer its clients innovative product offerings which have set it apart from others on the market", says Marine de Bouchony, co-director of CNP Patrimoine.
