Bawan completed the acquisition of Arnon Plastic Industries for $51m.

Bawan, a ready-mix concrete manufacturing company, completed the acquisition of Arnon Plastic Industries, a provider of synthetic resins, plastics materials, and nonvulcanizable elastomers, for $51m. The deal comes within Bawan’s strategy to diversify its customer base and product mix.
