Alpina Capital acquired ORSOFT.

ORSOFT offers solutions for advanced planning and scheduling, supply chain management, master data management as well as specific applications for the healthcare sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. Dr. Winfried Jänicke, founder and former majority owner of ORSOFT said: “Since founding ORSOFT in 1990, I had the strategic goal to offer end-to-end solutions for the customers’ value chain including APS, production management, SCM and quality assurance. With ORSOFT cooperating with Germanedge this task is now fulfilled.”
