Vast Broadband, a broadband or cable company providing internet, television and digital telephone services for residential and business customers in South Dakota and southwestern Minnesota, completed the acquisition of NTS Communications, a provider of fiber-based communications solutions for both residential and business customers across Texas and Louisiana, from Tower Three Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Oak Hill Capital Partners and Pamlico Capital led a recapitalization of Vast and NTS to support the company’s accelerated growth plans. “We are excited to officially welcome NTS to the Vast family and support the company’s next phase of growth.
