EF Solare, an owner of solar energy plants, completed the acquisition of Econergy Renewable 1, a 34.3 MW solar energy portfolio in Italy, from iAM Capital, a global investment company, and Econergy, an operator of solar photovoltaic power plants, through Integrated Energy Holdings, a vehicle company established by iAM and Econergy, for €124m ($148m). “We are pleased to have completed this important transaction. With nearly 800MW capacity, EF Solare Italia is now a top player in the European photovoltaic market.
