EMCOR Group completed the acquisition of Hill York.

EMCOR Group, a Fortune 500 company based in Norwalk, Connecticut, completed the acquisition of Hill York, a commercial HVAC, mechanical, air conditioning, green energy services and solutions company in Fort Lauderdale.
