Leonard Green & Partners completed the acquisition of Press Ganey from EQT.

A consortium of funds managed by Leonard Green & Partners, a private equity investment firm, completed the acquisition of Press Ganey, a provider of healthcare performance improvement solutions, from EQT, an investment organization. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Press Ganey plays an integral role in the US healthcare system and we have been proud to support its mission of delivering safe, high quality care for patients, and supporting the caregivers that serve them.
