Vista Equity Partners to make majority investment in Quick Base.

Vista Equity Partners agreed to make majority investment in Quick Base, the leading SaaS platform for building powerful, integrated, customized business applications. Quick Base's current investor, Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, will retain a significant investment in the company. The deal value is $1bn.
