Terberg and Autobinck completed the formation of a joint venture.

Terberg, a specialized vehicle manufacturer, and Autobinck, a European mobility market company, completed the formation of a joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. The new business is called Terberg Business Lease Group, offering products and services under its three trading names: Terberg Business Lease, Privatelease.com and Justlease.
