Quanta completed the acquisition of Haverfield Aviation.

Quanta, is a specialized contracting services company, delivering infrastructure solutions for the electric power, oil and gas and communications industries, completed the acquisition of Haverfield Aviation, a provider of aerial transmission inspection, maintenance, repair, upgrade, replacement and construction support services to the North American electric utility industry. Financial terms were not disclosed.
