VTB acquired Medialogia from IBS.

VTB Bank, one of the leading universal banks of Russia, acquired Medialogia, developer of a system to monitor and analyze media and social networks, from IBS. Financial terms were not disclosed. VTB expects that in the three-year investment horizon, Medialogia will improve operational performance and become interesting for large IT companies and large media companies dedicated to digital marketing and targeted advertising.
