SFA Group to acquire Zehnder Pumpen.

Saniflo Canada parent company, SFA Group, the company in macerating and grinding toilets, agreed to acquire Zehnder Pumpen, a renowned German manufacturer of pump technology for industry, home, and garden. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the acquisition of Zehnder Pumpen in Grünhain-Beierfeld Saxony, SFA Group strengthens its position in the worldwide growth market of sanitary technology and ideally complements its current product portfolio.
