Just Eat, a global marketplace for takeaway food delivery, completed the acquisition of Flyt, a software platform provider, from Time Out Group, a global media and entertainment company, for £22m ($27m). “Bringing Flyt into our Group will accelerate the take-up of these services around the world and allow the Flyt team to innovate with new and exciting technology solutions for the industry.
