Caffe Nero to acquire a majority stake in Coffee#1 from SA Brain.

Caffe Nero, a British European style coffee house, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Coffee#1, a British coffee house chain that originated in Cardiff, from SA Brain, a regional brewery founded in 1882 in Cardiff. Financial terms were not disclosed. Caffè Nero Group said its majority stake acquisition supported its strategy of opening a "new store somewhere in the world every four days."
