CACI International, an American multinational professional services and information technology company, completed the acquisition of LGS Innovations, a provider of command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance and cyber products and solutions, from Madison Dearborn Partners, an American private equity firm, and CoVant Management, a defense and space company, for $750m. “CACI’s acquisition of LGS Innovations is the next step in our established strategy to invest in and expand our offerings in signals intelligence, electronic warfare, and cyber products and solutions.
