Thales, a French multinational company that designs and builds electrical systems, completed the acquisition of Ercom, which specialises in communication and device security, and Suneris, which offers solutions for businesses and public organisations that need to protect their sensitive information. Financial terms were not disclosed. These acquisitions further consolidate Thales’s expertise in the technologies needed for France’s security and sovereignty.
