Duff & Phelps acquired Prime Clerk from The Carlyle Group.

Duff & Phelps, the global advisor that protects, restores and maximizes value for clients, acquired Prime Clerk, a claims and noticing administrator based in New York, from The Carlyle Group. Financial terms were not disclosed.
