Pensare completed the acquisition of TPx Communications for $343m.

Pensare, a special purpose acquisition company, completed the acquisition of TPx Communications, a provider of unified communications, managed IT services, and managed connectivity services, for $343m. Pensare paid $248m in cash and $95m in Pensare equity to the equity holders of TPx. “Today’s transaction announcement marks a key milestone in TPx’s exciting history, as we embark on becoming a publicly-traded company.
